The VSO meets every two months to discuss, plan, and develop standards to support its members' interests. Observers are welcome. A meeting registration fee of $160 is charged for all in-person attendees. Non-members are welcome to attend (in-person or remotely) but a special registration code is required. Please email VITA with a request to attend with some details on your areas of interest.
VITA member company L3Harris has graciously offered us the use of their facility in Melbourne, FL for this meeting! All attendees, both in-person and via WebEx must register. Non-US attendees are welcome. Please note that due to security requirements, VITA must submit the COMPLETE list of all in-person attendees one week before the meetings. Therefore, registration will be closed on Tuesday November 22, 2022 at 11:59pm EDT for in-person attendees. No additional in-person registrations will be allowed after this cutoff date. Please enter your passport (non-US) or driver's license number (US Citizens only) and country of birth in the registration form. This information will be sent to L3Harris then deleted from our records.

Hosted Space Launch Beach Party
On Wednesday evening we will be having a Space Launch viewing party on the beach hosted by IEH, Amphenol and TE Connectivity! Come join us for a BBQ under the stars at Bicentennial Beach Park after Day 1 of meetings and hopefully see a launch take place. If you plan on attending, please register for that event separately. Spouses/SOs are welcome but must be registered to provide accurate head count for food.
