The VSO meets every two months to discuss, plan, and develop standards to support its members' interests. Observers are welcome. A meeting registration fee of $120 is charged for all attendees.
The November event is being held at the same location as The Open Group SOSA meeting. The VSO meeting will be on Monday with combined time on Tuesday for VPX activities. Some or all of the second day will be open to all VSO attendees. We will know more as the agenda is finalized.
No block of hotel rooms have been reserved. Instead, feel free to select from any of the listed recommended hotels or any of your company preferred in the area. All of these are near the conference center and the MARTA train line so you will not need a rental car. Depending on your arrival and departure times, rush hour traffic can be challenging. The train goes right into the airport making access very easy.
The meeting will be held at the Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI) Conference Center at 250 14th Street NW, Atlanta, GA.
