The VSO meets every two months to discuss, plan, and develop standards to support its members' interests. Observers are welcome. A meeting registration fee of $160 is charged for all in-person attendees when held at a member company facility, and $230 for all in-person attendees when held at a hotel conference center. Non-members are welcome to attend (in-person or remotely) but a special registration code is required. Please email VITA with a request to attend with some details on your areas of interest.

VITA has negotiated a deeply discounted hotel room rate of $189/night (down from $302). The rate block ends on April 14, 2026. The daily parking rate is $15. This location is a short Uber ride from Phoenix Sky Harbor airport with numerous restaurants a short stroll from the hotel. Complimentary hot breakfast is provided for hotel guests.
