VSO Meeting - May 2026 (Wednesday, May 06, 2026)

The VSO meets every two months to discuss, plan, and develop standards to support its members' interests. Observers are welcome. A meeting registration fee of $160 is charged for all in-person attendees when held at a member company facility, and $230 for all in-person attendees when held at a hotel conference center. Non-members are welcome to attend (in-person or remotely) but a special registration code is required. Please email VITA with a request to attend with some details on your areas of interest.

VITA has negotiated a deeply discounted hotel room rate of $189/night (down from $302). The rate block ends on April 14, 2026. The daily parking rate is $15. This location is a short Uber ride from Phoenix Sky Harbor airport with numerous restaurants a short stroll from the hotel. Complimentary hot breakfast is provided for hotel guests.

We will be holding the July 2025 meeting at the new C/A Design facility in Exeter, NH. Details on location and hotel option to come later in April.

Due to the extremely high room rate at the usual downtown Portsmouth hotels ($300/night) we have secured a discounted rate at a hotel 0.4 miles from the C/A Design facility in Exeter. Attendees will just have to carpool back to the Portsmouth waterfront for dinners rather than walk. The room block expired on Friday, 27 June 2025 so please follow this link to make your reservations soon (VITA Group).

Moses Jensen and C/A Design has graciously planned a revival of the Portsmouth Harbor Cruise from yesteryear. Come join us on the water after the close of Wednesday's meeting for this one-hour cruise. C/A Design is happy to provide the complimentary tickets for each attendee. Tickets are limited so go to the Cruise event website to register ASAP!
